Ooh La La Couture Boutique was founded by Christine Bell.  Christine was known for her trendy and unique outfits that she would piece together with random items in her closet. She wanted to create a boutique for young women that had both fashionable and trendy clothing that was not only great quality but affordable.  It was then that Ooh La La Couture was born.
