Shipping Policy
Items are shipped out 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment has been received. Once items are shipped a confirmation will be sent to your email with tracking details for the package. Timeframe of shipping is anywhere between 2-5 business days and can vary based upon USPS delivery services. Once packages have been verified as delivered or received, Ooh La La Couture does not refund for delivered packages.
